The hand cut roots are roasted after grading & sorting in the factory. This kind of roasted roots are ideally suitable for further milling to prepare roasted ground chicory more widely used with French coffee.

Packaging : in 25 kgs. Ne LDPE bags, outside with HDPE woven bags.

Roasted Chicory Roots (Machine Cut Cubes)

This product is prepared by roasting machine cut cubes, this product due to its uniform size & low moisture content is highly preferred for extraction purpose.

Packaging : In 35 kgs. Net LDPE bags, outside with HDPE woven bags.

Roasted Chicory- Ground (powders)

This is a traditional product used mostly for blending with roasted ground coffee to prepare French Coffee. This powder is available in various roasting colours and grind specifications.

Packaging : in 25 Kg. bags with LDPE bag inside & HDPE woven bags out side.

Quality specifications : Moisture : Less than 8 % (when packed)

Extractability  : Not less than 65 %, also depending on the required colour value

Total ash : Between 4 % to 8 %

Acid insoluble ash : less than 2.5 %
