This product is prepared by the farmer and is manually cut by the
farmer & dried in his own fields, The size of the chicory chunks are
un-uniform and also the moisture percentage varies from 12 % to 16 %.

This product is prepared by us, the fresh roots are brought to our
dicing plant by the farmers, then washed & cut on a dicing machine to
uniform size, then the same is sun dried on food grade non-laminated
polyethylene sheets.
